Promoted Work: Pascal Fellonneau

Pascal Fellonneau lives in an imperfect world.

Shooting from his hometown of Bordeaux, he has traced fault lines through everyday landscapes from Paris to Iceland and Spain. He looks at politics the way we see it on the ground; in fucked-up, torn and distorted election posters. His beautiful landscapes are offset by mundane human detritus; unfinished and broken buildings.

His imagery, often devoid of humans, draws attention to the flawed world we have created for ourselves.

Promoted Work: Tatsuo Suzuki

Hesitation is enemy in case of street photography.
— Tatsuo Suzuki

Tatsuo Suzuki is a street photographer from Tokyo. He's got a particular style; shooting in high-contrast black and white, often getting right up close to his subjects.

His work is a window into another world.

You can see a great collection of work on his main site; you can also follow him on Flickr and Facebook.

Promoted Work: Sebastian Alvarez

Sebastian Alvarez doesn't produce the kind of thing that is normally featured on this site but I approached him to promote his hand-crafted notebooks because I love what he does; his craft shows an analogue mind at work. He is careful and measured but also imperfect and tactile.

I'm hoping to use him on a future project.

You can see his work on flickr and he has notebooks available to buy on Etsy. Also check out his inspiration tumblr:
