In 2011 Ramon Spaeti sold his digital equipment to work in "analogue medium format". He works without digitally retouching his images and instead spends hours at night working in a dark room.

He is certainly not alone in his love for working with film but it is increasingly rare to find photographers who have ambitions of working professionally to move away from the speed and convenience of digital photography. There is a lot to be said about labour and craft.
