In 2011 Ramon Spaeti sold his digital equipment to work in "analogue medium format". He works without digitally retouching his images and instead spends hours at night working in a dark room.
He is certainly not alone in his love for working with film but it is increasingly rare to find photographers who have ambitions of working professionally to move away from the speed and convenience of digital photography. There is a lot to be said about labour and craft.
If you have a project that needs to embody authenticity over convenience, you will be well served to check out his work. He is prepared to travel and some of his work has a very beautiful sense of place.
If you are a fan of the craft of photography, follow him on his site and give him your support and encouragement.
